Microsoft Campus Agreement - Work at Home Rights

From Microsoft's Licensing Site:

Qualified Education Customers who have acquired licenses through Microsoft's Academic Volume Licensing programs may grant to their faculty and staff the right to use a second copy of a limited selection of products on either a home or portable computer for work-related purposes.

Users must understand the terms and conditions of Work at Home Use Rights. By extending these rights,WSU and the departmentsaccept responsibility for communicating the terms and conditions to faculty and staff. This includes keeping accurate records of software use and distribution and ensuring that faculty and staff understand the stated terms and conditions. To help facilitate this communication, you are required to fill outthe attachedFaculty/Staff Work at Home Acceptance Form below. Please submit the form to User Services, Box 98. Once the form is completed, a special Work At Home Office 2003 CD will be delivered to you.

bulletSteps for downloading Work-At-Home Agreement:

  1. Click the "Download WAH Agreement" link below (document will open in new window)
  2. Read the Agreement
  3. With your mouse, place the cursor over the line in front of the first "please initial" statement
  4. Type your initials on this line then tab to the next field; do this until you have typed in all the fields
  5. Click the button below the "Department" line to print the document
  6. After the document has printed, sign it then mail it to User Services, campus box 98
